About Me
Hello there! I am Bridget, a thirty something year old from Northern California. I currently reside in Nashville and work full time in tech events. I started this coaching service website because I struggled all of my life with an all or nothing mentality. Everything was either go big, or go home. I never knew how to live my life in a balanced way; it was either not eating and starving myself, or eating in a way that didn't make me feel good at all; working out for hours a day, or being a couch potato; not drinking and being dry or going balls to the wall with alcohol! As I got older I started to really work on self love, kindness, and compassion towards myself. Through this inner work, I started to realize not everything had to be so black and white. I started studying habit change.
Through this, I began realizing that small changes are what lead to the biggest results because it is what creates consistency. I applied. these small changes to every area in my life and noticed how much of an impact I was making on my overall wellbeing. From here, I began sharing my tips and tricks with the online world and created the OWM Community. When I am not talking about habit change and self-love, you can find me cooking in my kitchen, trying a new workout, or going on a walk in my little East Nashville neighborhood.
